Ghost Sand is a tricky variant of Sand found covering Antlion Pits in Volcanic Deserts. The only way to find it is to fall into a pit.
It is classified as an entirely transparent block, and allows players to fall through with no hindrance to speed. When broken, it drops normal Sand, unless broken with a tool enchanted with Silk Touch.
It can also be acquired from Antlion Overlord Pyramid chests, and serves no further use apart from deception of players and possibly mobs.
